What Is Liability Insurance
Liability insurance is the one which is not given to the insured person. But it is given to the person who is injured by the person. The injured person when claims an insurance or compensation from the person who caused the injury the compensation amount is given from the liability insurance. The liability insurance is given only the constraints are satisfied by the victim. The basic constraint in this field is the accident that caused by the insured person should not be done purposely. Liability insurance is also called as a third party insurance since the insurance amount is never taken by the insured person and it is given only to the person who are injured or affected by the insured person. Liability insurance is mainly done by the some major organizations so that any claim which is made on their organization can be paid by the liability insurance.

Hospitals and some electrical companies would always do liability insurance since any case which is filed against the company is paid by the liability insurance when the case is proved. The liability insurance usually not required for any persons since there may be no chance for any case to be filed against a person. But the liability insurance is much needed for the companies since when any case against them is proved they would have to pay the insurance and in such cases the amount would be paid from the liability insurance. But the liability insurance is not given without the interest of the insured person and in that case charge has to be filed.
